- Well yeah, the MK franchise was basically built around the idea behind ETD. Even the video games have a lot of similarities. Liu Kang is basically Bruce Lee incarnate. I was too young to have seen ETD when it came out and I happened to see the MK movie first but once I did finally see ETD, I immediately saw that they were very much alike. The only thing ETD dragon lacked was the supernatural element but that's what makes it a true Kung Fu movie.

- I think this was already obvious. If you like ETD and MK, the movie, it should have been wildly obvious.
- you forgot O'Hara as Kano w the scar on his eye (Kano mask) also is 1 of main villains lead henchmen just like Mk I love both movies and noticed that too haha same exact story even pre island stories and all.sweet video tho

- They are not the same movie stupid uploader! Mortal Kombat screenwriters simply were inspired to theme their movie around the well story and characters of Enter the Dragon movie. 

There is nothing in nature that is the same nor repeats, but it may rhyme from time to time!
