- Alright so today is day 25 and week 4 today's workout was a 30 minute walk which i did a 30 minute power dance walk i really like it sence it was raining out side it was a great workout to do inside. Ii also did the bonus workout which was 30 minute kickboxing circuit workout this one was hard i got my sweat on like crazy but i got through it thanks to you i will see u tomorrow for my next workout cant wait.

- This is my favorite workout so far, I definitely get the most sweaty. I've done most of these workouts but enjoy doing this one once a week because I can intensify the intervals with heavier weights and higher leg lifts. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
- 2nd Spring Challenge. Week 3, Day 3 finished. Sweaty, sweaty, sweaty. Really warm here today. I think I should have put different clothes on. :) Also got a little yard work done and walked my dog to get my granddaughter off the bus.

- A week behind in this SC. I really loved this workout. As challenging as they are, I always feel so good at the end. Thanks Jessica.
- Spring Ahead Challenge- I finally got through this workout! I had to pause it several times to catch my breath. This is by far the hardest workout I have had to do in this program. I also had to take a few days off of working out due to work. I have had ZERO energy for any more physical activity the last few days. I would like to come back to this one again once I build up some more stamina with cardio.
