- Can't everybody in this movie just get along? Seems like nobody aged after 20 years. The shaolin master and his evil brother should have been well over a 100 years old by the time the two young boys grew up. But those two old guys fought better than a dozen young men. I like how the teacher throws the baby up in the tree while he takes care of business. I also liked the kitchen training for the eagle claw. Nothing like a real man to do the cooking here. Now if we could just get everybody to know their lines and say them on time, we may just have a movie. The guards at the temple were useless. All they did was dance around and get beat up. The plot for this movie got beaten up too. Never seen the two fighting techniques combined. They both just walked off and the movie ends. We need a Part 2!!!

- OK, this is off the record, I have been around Asia and something is wrong with those artists over there, they painted shiny red lips on Buddhas' statues or in painting like the ones you see in this movie.
- whew, that drunken kung fu scene was awful. Definitely no Jackie-chan Drunken Master level fighting there. The other scenes were great though.

- These are some of the best kungfu movies ever. Even SB the five deadly venoms is putting out great movies
- Nice KUNG FU movie, but not the great.......Born Invincible,Twin Dragons and Clan of the White Lotus are really nice movie
- this plot was better when the shaw brothers used it back in the 70's,but i must respectfully disagree with you vuur werk...the action is good but as a movie its just ok to me
- I can't say "greatest ever," but it was damn good. "Drunken Mantis, Say your prayers!" haha classic.

- IT's an ok movie not the greatest though, gordon lui was never a great fighter, you need to see more kung fu movies, but thanks anyways
