- Did not finish the first day. So i guess that was the hardest. Lol
- Day 3 I sweat my own personal lake in my bedroom haha
- just completed day 4.  the question you asked was which day was the hardest and which day did you sweat the most.  Day one was definitely the hardest and the next day I was in pain.  Day 4 is when I sweat the most however I am enjoying this challenge I like how you have two levels of exercising easy version and expert.  It helps me out especially when my muscles are screaming .  See you tomorrow on the final day Thanks again for this program
- I was already sore from yesterday's workout and wow this got the rest of my body feeling sore and worked too! Love it.
- is it bad that i didnt swear as much as they did? even though i did the entire routine 😥😥😥 
- When I clicked through the videos before starting this challenge, for some reason I thought this would be the easiest day, when in fact this was the toughest! I have been able to do almost all the exersices without modifications so far, but I can't do a single, even modified, push-up to save my life, and there are so many of them in the day 4! It's like my brain and my shoulders just refuse to do it.
- while day 3 was imo the hardest, and this one the most pleasant (despite my arms being dead lol), it made me sweat LIKE CRAZY
- I started this challenge on Tuesday and I feel great! When I finish day 5 on Saturday, I think I will take a rest day and start over again!
- +FitnessBlender Maybe you won't read this, but you could explain a little more each tipe of exercise so the people that don't know how to perform it can do it without injury... I'm doing the 5 day challenge and I was fine til today, that now I have an arm hurting a lot. Maybe is beacuse another day of the 5 day challenge. I'm only saying that you know how to do everything but someone can do it the wrong way and get injured. 
I love all your videos, this is only a suggestion. Thank you very much for your daily work.
- My wrists hurts so much because they are weak. :( Still managed to complete the whole workout even though i paused a lot in btw to rest my wrists.

- I've done 1-4 and the hardest for me was #4 and the most sweatiest is #3
- OMG I lasted through until the end!!! Most sweat day. I used a block for the bridge to push my arms, I was so dead -- and also I can't very well do bridge. All your sequences are awesome. I feel tired and morning sore, but always balanced, and nothing pinched or thrown out. I can walk and go up and down the stairs right after. In fact, my daze after the training, I stand STRAIGHT just staring out, and picking up my water glass, the other hand barely touching the counter. No effort. I'm so all aligned and balanced. THANK YOU both <3
- i combined day 3 and 4 today. only feeling a little tired. earlier this week i did a 1000kcal HIIT workout. insane how quickly my body adjusts :O i eat a vegan high carb diet. this way of eating has healed my ED and the constant bad thoughts that come with it. life is beautiful again :) especially loved this video because you guys were laughing and joking so much.
- Each workout is equally difficult in its own way! I love these workouts. They challenge my muscles and get me sweating without fatiguing me for the rest of the day!
- Hi Daniel and Kellie, The 5 days program is the introduction for me to fitness blender, and is still my favourite. Day 4 is the hardest one for me. But after few months practicing, I lost 11 kgs and finally find my muscles which I didn't think I have. I feel nice and sore every day and will be feeling cranky if I don't do excises just one day. Love your philosophy "real food real water ". Believe I am just 1 of 2 millions. You guys rock! Keep good working! My day 4 workout is completed again!
- Fun and fast workout! My upper body is toast! 
- Day 3 was a little challenging for me but I did it !!!!!!! Yay me
