- I had a surgery on my coccyx in October.
When I was allowed to workout again, I started doing the hard stuff. And my scar opened. Had to wait until it closed again. Worked out too hard again, scar opened a second time. Don't want it to happen a third time. I can't do hard stuff, stuff like squats etc. Unfortunately every workout involves some kind of squats. I watched a little more than after the water break. Seems good so far. Gonna finish watching. I hope I can do this! :)
- If you guys do this for about four weeks for about 45 minutes (watching the video twice), you'll get abs...a six pack legit. But you can stop whenever you're satisfied. Then you just have to do it twice a week to maintain that shape.
