- I like this workout! I'd never done kickboxing before. I don't think I got the full cardio, though--I live on the third floor of an apartment building and I didn't want to disturb my downstairs neighbor. I'll try again tomorrow when he's not home and see how it goes. Those ab exercises kicked my butt, though, especially that last one!
