- Watched the whole thing. Nice Aikido, Nice Kick boxing, still looking for the jujitsu part. Oh I see jujitsu crosstraining. Ok.

- there is a purpose to "relaxed" subjects. real world physically resistant"attackers" would be far more prone to injury. Bones can be broken by the will to contract a muscle at the wrong time, i.e. "arm wrestling".Q
- Good demo and effective techniques.
- It seems Aikido is more than a martial art. Aikido is a gentle version of Jujitsu with compassion for your opponent. Aikido difffers from most martial arts is that it does not teach to kill or hurt although is capable of. Other martial arts or contact sports is a competition of fittest, lethal while winning is the aim, no matter what.
- Really not a fan of the method of demonstration here. Why one person had to be picked on for the entire 22 minutes is beyond me and I feel the poor fella even though he's been trainng for three years I still feel the instructor goes too hard on him. Seems to be an ego boost and there's other participants of same level and above that could have taken some of the punishment. I speak as a 2nd Dan with seven years experience.
- Aikido is pure physics...it's that simple...that's why it's the smart way to "move on"...you're not having to kill someone to "move on yourself".

- Here's a hint to stop anyone from wasting their valuable time: The UFC doesn't lie. Any fighting art has its good points, but if you have to choose one>>>take the BJJ. To "rely" on a striking art will ensure your quick demise. Period.
